WHO: 15 𝙮𝙧𝙨 𝙊𝙇𝘿 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝘽𝙊𝙑𝙀 na 𝙃𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙄 pa nakaka-REHISTRO or mapa REACTIVATE

PAALALA: Magdala ng isang valid government-issued ID. Hindi tatanggapin ang cedula, Barangay-issued Certificate at Barangay ID.

Have your photo, fingerprint, and digital signature taken.
