In line with the community/barangay-based sports development program of the Municipality of Libmanan, we are officially opening the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫-𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 under 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 featuring different sports events to include basketball. We invite 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬𝗦 to JOIN, PARTICIPATE, and COMPETE in this exciting basketball event.

Divisions:
• 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟭𝟰 & 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿) – Must be 14 years old or below 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the opening of the tournament, or has not celebrated his 15th birthday or beyond
• 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟮𝟮 & 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿) – Must be 22 years old or below 𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the opening of the tournament, or has not celebrated his 23rd birthday or beyond
• 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 – No age limit

Eligibility:
Players must be physically fit, of good moral character, and a resident of the barangay they will represent. For voters, they must be registered voters of the barangay. For non-voters, their parent or guardian must be a voting resident of the barangay.

📌 A player may join 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 based on age requirement.

How to join:
Interested players must coordinate with their 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲, 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 for the selection process and submission of requirements.

The LocaL Government Unit of Libmanan headed by Mayor Son Marfil thru the Municipal Agriculture Office invites RSBSA-registered farmers to join the Training on Tractor Operation and Maintenance on March 25–26, 2026 at Concepcion, Libmanan, Camarines Sur.

Qualifications:
✔️ RSBSA registered
✔️ With basic knowledge on tractor operation & maintenance
