The Committee on Cooperatives and Livelihood, headed by Chairman Hon. Felipe O. Alday, conducted a Committee Hearing together with Vice Chairman Hon. Esteban Gonzales and Committee Members Hon. Aubrey B. Payno and Hon. Ray Noel T. Salceda.

Also present were Ms. Edeliza Loremia (CPDO-CSO Focal Person) and Mr. Edward Divinaflor (CCDO-SCDS).

The hearing focused on the accreditation of Tinago Divino Rostro Farmers Agriculture Cooperative (TIDIROFA Coop), which has complied with the requirements set forth under DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2025-060.
