A DREAM REALIZED, A PARTNERSHIP STRENGTHENED!

Palapas National High School proudly marks the official start of its partnership with Bicol Training Technological College, Inc. (BTTCI) for School Year 2026–2027 through the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP).

Earlier this afternoon, October 21, 2026, the partnership was formally launched through an orientation attended by parents, students, stakeholders, Education Program Supervisor Sir Ronald Lucena, the Senior High School Coordinator, and teachers.

Palapas National High School extends its heartfelt gratitude to Sir Ronald Lucena for his continued support, guidance, and commitment to strengthening technical-vocational education and creating meaningful opportunities for our learners.

Through this partnership, Grade 12 TVL–Motorcycle and Small Engine Servicing (MSES) students will undergo a 40-day (320-hour) training program to develop their technical competencies and prepare for the Motorcycle and Small Engine Servicing NC II qualification.

Indeed, what was once a dream is becoming a reality through collaboration and a shared commitment to learner success.

Pambansang Linggo ng Kaligtasan sa Paaralan 2026 | Oktubre 12-16, 2026

Kaugnay ng Memorandum ng DepEd na may petsang Oktubre 9, 2026 hinggil sa Pagdiriwang ng National School Safety Week, at ng Division Memorandum Blg. 0490, s.2026 ng Schools Division Office ng Lungsod ng Ligao, pormal na sinimulan ng Palapas National High School ang pagdiriwang sa ginanap na flag ceremony ngayong araw.

Isinagawa ang oryentasyon hinggil sa DepEd Order Blg. 6, s. 2026, “Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE)”, na sinundan ng panata ng mga mag-aaral at kawani ng paaralan na itaguyod ang isang paaralang ligtas, magalang, at sumusuporta sa bawat isa.

Sama-sama nating isulong ang isang kapaligirang pampagkatuto kung saan ang bawat mag-aaral ay protektado, pinahahalagahan, at motibadong matuto.
