🇵🇭 FLAG RAISING CEREMONY | 1st Week of October | October 05, 2026

The Local Government Unit of Lingayen commenced the first week of October with its regular Flag Raising Ceremony this morning, hosted by Councilor Doc. Von Carlo E. Tiangson.

Municipal officials and employees came together to honor our national flag and begin the week united in our commitment to responsive, efficient, transparent, and people-centered public service.

As we welcome a new month, may this gathering remind us of our shared responsibility to serve our fellow Lingayen with integrity, compassion, dedication, and professionalism.

Today, we also join the nation in celebrating World Teachers’ Day. 📚

We extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all teachers who tirelessly dedicate themselves to educating, guiding, and inspiring our children and youth. Your patience, passion, and unwavering commitment to education help shape the future of our community and our nation.
