The Joint Inspection Team, composed of representatives from the Mayor’s Office, Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Treasurer’s Office, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Sanitary Inspector from RHU conducted inspections of business establishments to ensure compliance with local ordinances, business permit requirements, fire safety regulations, and health and sanitation standards.

The activity also supports tax enhancement efforts by verifying business operations and records, promoting accurate tax assessments, and strengthening local revenue generation. This collaborative initiative reflects the commitment of the local government and partner agencies to foster responsible business practices and maintain a safe, healthy, and business-friendly environment for the community.

ATM - Municipal Treasurer's Office successfully released election supplies and paraphernalia to 34 clustered precincts in various barangay at 8:00 am on May 11, 2025, for use in the May 12 , 2025 National and Local Elections.

In preparation for the 2025 National and Local Elections, the official ballots for the Municipality of Lingig, Surigao del Sur were officially turned over by the Provincial Treasurer's Office in Tandag City to Mrs. Lo**ta D. Dapitanon Assistant Municipal Treasurer of LGU-Lingig. Adhering to established COMELEC protocols for the secure handling and transport of election materials, the ballots arrived safely in Lingig on wednesday at 8:00 o' clock in the evening, April 30, 2025 and are now under strict safekeeping in readiness for the upcoming polls.
