Please be advised that the following certification requests may only be availed by FORMER UPLB STAFF with an approved University Clearance:
- Certificate of Employment (for inactive UPLB employees)
- Certificate of Service Record (for inactive UPLB employees)
- Certificate of No Leave Without Pay
- Certificate of Retirement
CURRENTLY EMPLOYED UPLB STAFF are requested to course their certification requests through the UPLB Human Resources Development Office (HRDO).
