The 403rd Community Defense Center proudly announces the successful activation of the 403 Ready Reserve Signal Company. The ceremony was highlighted by the presence of COL RUSTICO V VILLANUEVA AGS (GSC) PA, Commander, 4th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army who served as the keynote speaker.

This activation marks a significant milestone in strengthening the reserve forceโ€™s communication capabilities ensuring readiness and support for both operational and community-based missions.

Los Baรฑos, Laguna โ€“ The 403rd Community Defense Center, 4th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army proudly hosted a successful Mural Painting Competition at Headquarters, Camp General Macario Sakay, Los Baรฑos, Laguna.

Participants composed of cadets, reservists and civilian volunteers, showcased their artistic talents and creativity by painting murals that expressed their deep commitment to the West Philippine Sea. The event served not only as a platform for cultural expression but also as a meaningful reminder of the importance of national pride and unity in safeguarding the countryโ€™s maritime heritage.

The activity was conducted by All I Can Diagnostic at Headquarters, 403rd CDC, Camp General Macario Sakay, Los Baรฑos, Laguna.

This initiative underscores the 403 CDC commitment to strengthening health and physical readiness and operational capability of the Reserve Force, ensuring that reservists remain fit and prepared to fulfill their vital role in national defense and community service.

Los Baรฑos, Laguna โ€” CMS Manuel B De Leon (Inf) PA, Division Sergeant Major of the 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army, visited the 403rd Community Defense Center at Camp General Macario Sakay, Los Baรฑos, Laguna.

During his visit, the CMS De Leon delivered an inspiring talk to the troops, highlighting discipline, unity and commitment to service. He also participated in the West Philippine Sea Wall Signing underscoring the Armyโ€™s dedication to safeguarding national sovereignty and promoting peace in the region.

The event strengthened the bond between the Philippine Army and local defense units, reaffirming their shared mission of protecting communities and upholding the countryโ€™s territorial integrity.

Los Baรฑos, Laguna โ€” On 27 May 2026, Division Sergeant Major of the 2nd Infantry Division, Philippine Army, CSM Manuel B. De Leon (INF) PA, together with his party, Rendered a courtesy call to Col. Rustico V. Villanueva, PA, Commander of the 4th Regional Community Defense Group (4RCDG), at the Home of Tagapangasiwa ng Laang Kawal sa Timog Katagalugan, Camp General Macario Sakay, Los Baรฑos, Laguna.
CSM De Leon was warmly received by the Group Sergeant Major and other key NCOs, signifying strong support to the Division Sergeant Major. The visit aimed to assess the state of morale, welfare, and discipline of the troops, as well as to cascade the Commanderโ€™s Guidance and highlight the 2ID NCO Leadership Program (WHY LEAD).
He also conducted a Talk to Troops with ROTC Cadets, encouraging them to continue pursuing their dreams and aspirations in service to the nation. In addition, he signed the Commitment Wall of the West Philippine Sea (WPS) as a show of support to the ongoing campaign for sovereignty and national pride.
This engagement reflects the continuing commitment of the Division leadership to strengthen NCO development, inspire cadets, and uphold discipline, service, and readiness among the Reserve Force while reinforcing unity in the campaign for the West Philippine Sea.
