As part of the preparations for the project titled “Co-Implementation of the Agri-Tech Facilitator (ATF) Program Batch 2,” the Jollibee Group Foundation (JGF) led and facilitated an alignment meeting and team-building activity with the project team from the Department of Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship (DAME), CEM, UPLB.
The activity served as a venue to align roles, clarify program directions, and strengthen collaboration among team members. Through guided discussions and interactive sessions, participants built rapport, shared key insights, and identified strategies to support effective program implementation.

By ensuring that approaches are grounded in the realities of farming communities, the team seeks to deliver more responsive and intentional interventions.
