𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 - Demonstrating their unwavering commitment to community service, the Headquarters Company of the 403rd (Laguna) Ready Reserve “Kaagapay” Battalion (403RRIBn), led by 1LT Marlon M. Peñamante PA (RES), conducted a Feeding Program and Food Pack Distribution for indigent families in Barangay Casile, Cabuyao City, Laguna. Despite the storm signal warnings, the event pushed through with full support from the Headquarters Service Company (HHQSVC Coy) and Task Force Ugnay led by MSg Vincent Lorilla (MI) PA. The activity began with a prayer, followed by the distribution of warm meals and food packs to identified beneficiaries in coordination with Barangay Chairman Anthony De Sagun and local officials.

This humanitarian effort aimed to promote food security and community welfare, ensuring that affected families received timely support amidst the adverse weather. The initiative highlighted the rewservists' strong sense of volunteerism and teamwork, as members worked tirelessly to provide comfort and nourishment to those in need. Their selfless service reflects the 403RRIBn’s continuing mission to be “Kaagapay sa oras ng pangangailangan.”

𝐒𝐭𝐚. 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 - Personnel from Charlie Company of the 403rd (Laguna) Ready Reserve “Kaagapay” Battalion (403RRIBn), led by 2LT Jeffrey P. Linga PA (RES), were deployed to Sta. Cruz, Laguna on November 9, 2025, upon the request of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) for augmentation in preparation for the surge of Tropical Storm Uwan.

Upon arrival, the team attended a briefing and task dissemination led by MDRRMO officials alongside representatives from the BFP and PNP Sta. Cruz. Following the briefing, Charlie Company personnel were assigned to distribute food packs to various evacuation centers within the municipality, demonstrating their continued commitment to public service and inter-agency coordination during disaster operations.

𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 - Alpha Company of the 403rd (Laguna) Ready Reserve “Kaagapay” Battalion (403RRIBn), led by 1LT Rodelo M. Reyes PA (RES) together with Senior NCOs MSg Regalado R. Aguila PA (RES) and MSg Mario U. Aracena PA (RES), proceeded to the Municipality of Rizal, Laguna on November 9, 2025, for monitoring and proper coordination with the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO). The municipality of Rizal, which forms part of the 3rd District of Laguna, is within the Area of Operations of Alpha Company.

Upon arrival, 1LT Reyes and his team met with MDRRMO personnel headed by Mr. Russell John Isles. According to the MDRRMO, there were no untoward incidents or reports of evacuees in the municipality despite the heavy rainfall brought by Super Typhoon Uwan. The team maintained close coordination and monitoring to ensure the unit’s preparedness for any possible deployment.

Reyes PA (RES), established coordination with the Philippine Red Cross San Pablo City Chapter and ROLP San Pablo Chapter for possible rescue and relief operations in response to Super Typhoon Uwan, today, November 9, 2025.

The collaboration aims to strengthen disaster response readiness and ensure swift deployment of rescue teams in case of emergencies within San Pablo City and nearby municipalities. This proactive effort highlights Alpha Company’s continued commitment to community safety and inter-agency cooperation during calamities.

Biñan City – Bravo Company of the 403rd (Laguna) Ready Reserve “Kaagapay” Battalion (403RRIBn), led by 1LT Rogie M. Mendoza PA (RES) conducted a roving inspection and evacuee accounting at Batista Elementary School, Barangay San Jose, Biñan City, Laguna on November 9, 2025. Prior to the inspection, a briefing was facilitated by Pvt Edmer Lloyd B. Paler to ensure proper coordination and tasking of personnel assigned to the evacuation area.

During the operation, Bravo Company personnel inspected each classroom utilized as temporary shelters and conducted accounting and verification of all evacuees, totaling 173 individuals. The company remains steadfast in supporting local disaster response efforts to ensure the safety and welfare of residents affected by Typhoon Uwan.

𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐲 - Personnel of Charlie Company, 403rd (Laguna) Ready Reserve “Kaagapay” Battalion (403RRIBn) were deployed to provide manpower assistance to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (MDRRM) Office of Famy in response to the surge of Super Typhoon Uwan on November 9, 2025. Proper coordination with the MDRRM Chief was conducted prior to deployment to ensure smooth operations and clear tasking for each personnel.

The deployed troops carried out their assigned duties efficiently, supporting local disaster response operations and ensuring readiness for immediate action if needed. The 403RRIBn continues to uphold its commitment to serve the people and secure the community - “Kaagapay sa oras ng pangangailangan.”

𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 - Alpha Company of the 403rd (Laguna) Ready Reserve "Kaagapay" Battalion led by 1LT Rodelo M. Reyes PA (RES) conducted their monthly formation at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo Compound, Barangay San Jose, San Pablo City on on November 9, 2025. The formation commenced despite heavy rainfall and focused on discussing upcoming company activities, particularly the Assembly Test scheduled for November 15–16, 2025, at Camp Macario Sakay, Los Baños, Laguna.

During the activity, 1LT Reyes instructed all members of Alpha Company to maintain close monitoring of Super Typhoon Uwan within their respective barangays. At the same time, the DRO Alpha Team was activated to coordinate with CDRRMO/MDRRMO for possible augmentation and immediate deployment in case of emergency.

Mendoza PA (RES), reported to the Headquarters Bravo Company at Greenhouse Garden Villas 3, Barangay Malusak, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna, on November 9, 2025, to commence monitoring and analysis of Super Typhoon Uwan’s path and possible impact areas within the province.

This proactive action forms part of the 403RRIBn’s disaster preparedness and early warning efforts to ensure readiness for any possible deployment. The unit remains committed to its mission of serving the people and securing the community - “Kaagapay sa oras ng pangangailangan.”
