Four-day work week? Holidays? or even weekends? Fret not! The Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment always opens its doors for you any time. The office acknowledges the challenge that comes with reaching out, communicating, and asking for help and services. As we campaign for safer spaces for our UP community, it is essential to have accessible and needs responsive mechanisms for receiving inquires, complaints, and in delivering our services.
No concern is too small, and no timing is ever “inconvenient.” Whether you are seeking guidance, reporting an incident, or simply needing a safe space to be heard, our office remains steady, ready to listen, and respond.
No one should be left behind. UPLB OASH's commitment goes beyond special days and occasions because your safety, dignity, and well-being should never have to wait.

Consent is a clear, voluntary, and informed agreement between individuals before any form of activity. It is freely given, mutual, and can be withdrawn at any time. It is the foundation of respect and personal autonomy, reminding everyone that silence, pressure, or coercion can never be mistaken for permission. CONSENT is a one word with powerful meaning.
April is recognized as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, a time to stand with survivors, honor their courage, and reaffirm our shared responsibility to create safer spaces and communities. Sexual violence continues to affect individuals across backgrounds, yet many stories remain unheard due to fear, stigma, and silence. May this month remind us that awareness does not end with acknowledging problems but extends to listening, believing survivors, and promoting respect, consent, and accountability.
Through our avenues, we hope to deliver service filled with hope to genuinely transform our communities to become more compassionate, responsive, and ever developing.

Salot ang lipunang mapanghusga sa mga kababaihan!
The issue is not mere intent, but impact. Words, jokes, and analogies that trivialize or degrade women contribute to the very culture that allows gender-based harassment to persist.
Hindi sapat ang “sorry kung may na-offend.” That is not accountability - it shifts the burden to the audience’s “sensitivity” instead of examining one's mental models that speak of sexual objectification, hence, sexual harassment.
People, foremost, public officials must understand this: Words matter. Ipinapakita nito kung paano natin tinitingnan ang kababaihan at ang ugnayan sa lipunan.
Walang puwang para sa derogatory sexist remarks, lalo na para sa conditional apologies. Nakakainsulto.
It is the time for reflection, responsibility, and accountability.
