PhilHealth joined the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (DOLE TUPAD) payout activities in San Francisco and Mulanay, Quezon, on October 15, 2026, to promote the Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) and raise awareness of its primary healthcare benefits and services.

The Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) Trece Martires City, in partnership with the City Health Office, City/Municipal Link (C/ML), and Cavite Provincial Jail, conducted simultaneous YAKAP Caravan on September 26, 2026, for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries in Barangay Inocencio and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in Osorio, Trece Martires City, Cavite.

The amount corresponds to 1996 ZBenefit claims processed by the region as of September 2026.
