Likewise, she contributed greatly to the Learning and Development Pillar of PRIME-HRM which was again Recognized recently.

The Provincial Government of Apayao's Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) convened today, 09 December 2021 for deliberation of the Provincial Government Department Head (Provincial Budger Officer), Item No. 1, Salary Grade 26.
Written examination was conducted in the morning, and oral examination in the afternoon by all members of the HRMPSB together with the Chairperson and at the same time Appointing Authority, the Honorable Eleanor C. Bulut- Begtang.
Members of the HRMPSB for executive/managerial are: Provincial Treasurer Atty. Julaida T. Caddawan-Pancho, CPA, Provincial Administrator Atty. Ma. Elena Teresa E. Ravelo, and SAO/HRM Division Chief Carolina P. Bongui.
Pre-assessment/initial evaluation was also conducted on 07 December 2021 by the same Board.

WORK SUSPENSION TOMORROW. As per PDRRMC Memorandum Order No. 012-21 issued by Governor Eleanor C. Bulut-Begtang today, 11 October 2021, work in all Government Offices located within the Municipality of Luna shall remain SUSPENDED tomorrow, 12 October 2021. However, offices/institutions providing emergency frontline services are mandated to continue services to the Iapayaos. MDRRMC Chairpersons have the discretion to synchronize the aforementioned work suspension in their respective localities.
