📌Incoming Grade 7: One (1) photocopy of the Enrollment Form.
📌Grade 8 to Grade 12: Present the student's Valid School ID.

We are opening the advance submission of requirements starting tomorrow, June 4, until Friday, June 5, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Please submit your documents here at the Barangay Hall/SK Office so we can list you down immediately.
