Maayon Fire Station Shift A duty personnel are posted as Duty Floor Watch as part of the unit’s continuous monitoring and emergency preparedness measures.

The Duty Floor Watch plays a vital role in promptly identifying and addressing any irregularities, potential hazards, or emergency situations that may arise during the shift. This measure is likewise implemented to prevent unauthorized entry, loss or damage to government property, compromise of sensitive equipment, and potential harm to on-duty personnel.

Following the Flag-Raising Ceremony, Maayon Fire Station headed by SFO3 Dennis H Pabilico, Acting MFM, conducted a Rank Inspection to ensure the proper wearing of uniforms, good order and appearance, and readiness in the performance of their duties.

This was followed by Troop Information and Education, which emphasized the importance of continuously maintaining preparedness, cleanliness, discipline, and orderliness within the station. The activity aims to ensure prompt, orderly, and efficient response to any type of emergency.

Maayon Fire Station Shift B Duty personnel conducted a Skills Inventory/Refresher on Drills and Ceremonies as part of its Daily Morning Activities on 05 October 2026.

The activity focused on assessing and enhancing the personnel's proficiency in the proper ex*****on of drills and ceremonies in accordance with BFP standards. It included practical exercises on attention and parade rest, facing movements, marching, saluting, formation, alignment and dressing, as well as proper command ex*****on and response. The refresher also emphasized discipline, teamwork, bearing, and uniformity to reinforce professionalism and preparedness in the performance of official duties and ceremonial functions.
