Layunin ng OBE-PACC na tiyakin ang kaligtasan, kaayusan, at kahandaan ng ating paaralan upang masig**o ang maayos at matagumpay na pagbubukas ng klase. Sa pamamagitan ng sama-samang pagtutulungan ng mga g**o, magulang, mag-aaral, at stakeholder, handa na tayong harapin ang panibagong taon ng pagkatuto.
