Today, August 11, 2025, DILG Mabalacat City awarded the Top 5 Performing Barangay Treasurers for the Second Quarter of 2025 under the PRAISE Awards (Program on Recognition and Award for Integrity in Service Excellence).

As per the DILG, the ranking was based on the consolidated reports submitted by barangays to the City Accounting Office, City Budget Office, and DILG Mabalacat City Office, as well as their compliance with updating the Full Disclosure Policy.

With great pride, we announce that Barangay Mabiga, under the leadership of Kapitan Elmer Calaguas, has been recognized as one of the top-ranked Barangays, earning Rank 1.
