CAAP Area Center III successfully conducted the AFIMS Training and Management Meeting for the Area Center and its Satellite Airports from July 6โ10, 2026, aimed at strengthening operational capability, improving inter-office coordination, and promoting the standardized implementation of key administrative and financial systems.
The first four days were dedicated to the AFIMS Training, which covered the Budget Management System (BMS), Billing and Collection System (BCS), and Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules. The training focused on system utilization, standardized workflows, data accuracy, and compliance with established financial and administrative procedures. Participants also engaged in practical discussions to address operational concerns and ensure the effective implementation of the systems across all offices.
The activity concluded with a Management Meeting presided over by the Civil Aviation Area Manager for Areas III and IV. Discussions centered on key updates and directives covering compliance, operations, legal, administrative, and finance matters. Participants reviewed current policies, exchanged best practices, identified operational challenges, and agreed on corresponding action plans to further enhance organizational performance and service delivery.
The five-day activity reaffirmed the commitment of CAAP Area Center III and its Satellite Airports to operational excellence, stronger collaboration, and strict adherence to organizational policies in support of CAAPโs mission of providing safe, efficient, and reliable civil aviation services.
