Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

Good reading and writing skills in English.
Interpersonal and social skills are priority.

Duties for the engineer will include:

maintenance, monitoring schedules, supervising, and ensuring compliance, drafting reports, running field operations, and overseeing equipment maintenance, job planning, troubleshooting and supporting overall project objectives.

Experience and/or knowledge of Yanmar Engine (Marine) will be preferred.

Scope

- Installing components that fulfill requirements
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
- Coordinating with shipyard, owners and engineers in our team
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance
- Generating and sending reports
- Troubleshooting and testing equipment
- Improving efficiency and safety
- Offering technical support

Requirements

- Certification n mechanical engineering
- 2-3 years’ experience working in the mechanical engineering field
- Good computer skills
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Versatile and service oriented
- Time and task management
