Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) and VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic formally strengthened their international partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on May 25, 2026.

The partnership aims to foster collaboration in student and faculty exchange, research initiatives, academic cooperation, and international engagement between the two institutions.

The MOU signing was led by VSB Rector Prof. Ing. Igor Ivan, Ph.D., together with Prof. Radek Martinek, Prof. Petr Bilik, and Ms. Kamila PokornΓ‘. Representing PSAU were Dr. Anita G. David, University President; Asst. Prof. Carlo D. De Dios, Director for Public Affairs and International Linkages; Mr. Fernan I. Camara, Head of the International Student and Staff Mobility Unit; and Mr. Kevin Aaron M. Peralta, Head of Global Marketing and Network.

This initiative reinforces PSAU’s dedication to expanding global academic networks and meaningful international partnerships in line with SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) warmly welcomed delegates from VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic on May 25, 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen international academic collaboration and global partnership.

The delegation from VSB was headed by Rector Prof. Ing. Igor Ivan, Ph.D., together with Prof. Radek Martinek, Professor in Cybernetics; Prof. Petr Bilik, Vice Head of Department; and Ms. Kamila PokornΓ‘, Head of the University International Office.

Representing PSAU were Dr. Anita G. David, University President; Asst. Prof. Carlo D. De Dios, Director for Public Affairs and International Linkages; Mr. Fernan I. Camara, Head of the International Student and Staff Mobility Unit; and Mr. Kevin Aaron M. Peralta, Head of Global Marketing and Network.

π—ͺ𝗔𝗧𝗖𝗛 | Highlights from Day 1 of the Faculty and Student Exchange Program at Universitas Warmadewa, Indonesia.

PSAU delegates officially began their international exchange journey through a warm welcome ceremony and meaningful cultural and academic engagement with the partner university, marking the start of a collaborative global learning experience.

Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) successfully conducted visits to selected hotels in Taiwan from May 11–15, 2026 as part of its initiative to strengthen international internship opportunities and global industry linkages for hospitality students.

The activity provided the delegation with opportunities to assess potential partner hotels and internship placements that can offer PSAU students valuable international exposure and hands-on industry experience in the hospitality sector.

The PSAU delegation was composed of Assoc. Prof. Leslie V. Torres, Dean of the College of Business, Economics and Entrepreneurship; Mr. Fernan I. Camara, Head of the International Student and Staff Mobility Unit; and Assoc. Prof. Ma. Cristina A. Dizon, Chair of the Department of Hospitality Management.

This initiative highlights PSAU’s commitment to internationalization, student mobility, and industry collaboration, in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) delegates were warmly welcomed by Universitas Warmadewa, Indonesia through a welcome ceremony held as part of the ongoing Faculty and Student Exchange Program from May 17–29, 2026.

The delegation was welcomed by Universitas Warmadewa Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. I Gde Suranaya Pandit, M.P., together with the Faculty of Engineering and Planning and the Faculty of Agriculture, Science and Technology.

The ceremony marked the start of the academic and cultural exchange activities aimed at strengthening international collaboration, cross-cultural understanding, and academic engagement between the partner institutions.

The PSAU delegates include Engr. Justine Allen P. Lansang from the College of Engineering and Computer Studies; Ms. Princess B. Torres and Ms. Loreen Lois V. Vitalicio from the College of Agriculture Systems and Technology; Ms. Chelsea Isabelle C. Sanchez from CASTECH; and Mr. Carl Justine L. Bulanadi from the College of Engineering and Computer Studies.

This initiative underscores PSAU’s commitment to internationalization, academic mobility, and global partnership, in line with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
