𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 successfully conducted its 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 on June 2–3, 2026, at the Bren Z. Guiao Multi-purpose Center. Guided by the theme, "𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲", the two-day event was split into dedicated days to cater to the diverse career paths of its graduating students.

The first day brought together Cluster 1 (Agriculture/Technical Group), while the second day hosted Cluster 2 (Non-Agriculture/Non-Technical Group). Numerous industry partners and employers served as vital collaborators during the event, offering invaluable avenues for job matching, resume submissions, and initial interviews to prepare the future workforce for immediate placement. We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the industry partners and the graduating students who attended the job fair, making the entire event truly fruitful and empowering.

The job fair was organized by the Office of Alumni Relations and Placement, led by Director Dr. Jennifer T. Gamboa. The event's achievements were driven forward by the cooperation and unwavering support of the Office of Gender and Development, led by Director Assoc. Prof. Marie Anne Diamse-Valerio, ensuring an inclusive and equitable approach to career readiness for all graduating students.

For decades, Rogelio Gregorio Santos has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to leadership, entrepreneurship, and community development. A proud graduate of Pampanga Agricultural College, where he completed his High School diploma at the Science High School in 1987 and later pursued his Master in Business Management, he has carried the values of academic excellence, discipline, and service throughout his highly successful career.

During his student years, he was a dynamic leader, scholar, and active contributor to various campus organizations. He was a 100% Academic Full Scholar at PAC Science High School, a member of a string band, and an officer of the Citizens Army Training.

His professional journey is a remarkable testament to entrepreneurial vision and executive leadership. As a 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 and 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, Rogelio steers multiple thriving enterprises, serving as the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗚 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁, and 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 within the Clark Freeport Zone.
