𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟰 | Please be advised that, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135 issued by the Office of the President, all government offices in National Capital Region and the provinces of La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Bataan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro will adopt a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement today, September 10 due to continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

In light of this, physical operations in SHFC offices in these areas will shift to a WFH setup.

Member-beneficiaries who wish to settle their amortization payments may still do so through SHFC's available online payment channels.

Inaanyayahan muli ang mga miyembro-benepisyaryo ng mga programang pabahay ng ahensya na lumahok sa libreng oryentasyon tungkol sa Title Individualization at Capital Gains Tax Exemption (CGTE) mula sa HOA para sa paglipat sa mga SHFC member-beneficiaries, Insurance Coverage at Death Claims at Collection.

Ito ay gaganapin sa Mezzanine Floor ng BDO Plaza, 8737 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, mula 8:00 AM hanggang 12:00 PM sa mga sumusunod na mga araw:

• October 29

Ang bawat orientation ay limitado lamang sa 60 miyembro-benepisyaryo na mayroong aplikasyon sa CMP projects at kasalukuyang nagpo-proseso ng title individualization.

Paalala sa lahat ng HOA sa mga subdibisyon, housing projects at dating rehistrado sa SEC o HIGC, obligadong magpa-re-register sa DHSUD alinsunod sa 2024 Revised IRR ng RA 9904.

Epektibo sa Hunyo 17, 2026, pinalawig ang deadline ng HOA re-registration hanggang Disyembre 18, 2026.

Iwasan ang pagka-suspinde, pagkawala ng legal na pagkakakilanlan, at pagkawala ng mga benepisyo bilang HOA. Makipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na DHSUD Regional Office o i-scan ang QR code sa pub mat para sa kumpletong detalye.
