Para sa mga kabataan ngayon, si Dr. José Rizal ay liwanag sa gitna ng dilim. Isa siyang patunay na kahit dumaan sa sakit, pangungulila, at mabibigat na pagsubok sa isip at damdamin, puwedeng piliin ang tamang landas. Sa mga kabataang naliligaw ng direksyon at nakikipaglaban sa mental health, paalala ni Rizal na ang kaalaman ay nagbibigay-lakas, ang pag-asa ay hindi nawawala, at ang bawat araw ay pagkakataon para bumangon at magsimulang muli. Ang pagbabago ay nagsisimula sa sarili, at ang kinabukasan ay laging may bagong pag-asa.

Taos-pusong nagpapasalamat ang Makati Social Welfare Department sa San Isidro National High School sa pag-imbita sa amin bilang resource speaker para sa kanilang programang may temang “Say No to Drugs, Yes to Dreams.”

Isinagawa ito noong Disyembre 16, 2025, at kami ay lubos na nagagalak sa pagkakataong makapagbahagi ng kaalaman at inspirasyon tungo sa mas ligtas at mas malusog na komunidad.
