matapos makamit ang tatlong sunod-sunod na panalo sa Girlsโ€™ Singles B Badminton event ng Makati Inter-School na ginanap sa Palanan Spots Complex noong Oktubre 3. .

Sa tatlong laban, tatlong beses niyang pinabagsak ang kanyang mga katunggali, kabilang ang isang matinding comeback sa unang match kung saan nakaharap niya ang kinatawan ng Makati High School.

Nagtala si Omilig ng 9-21, 21-16, 21-15 upang maselyuhan ang kaniyang unang panalo sa laban.

Nagpatuloy ang mainit na takbo ng laban ni Omilig matapos niyang ungusan ang kinatawan ng San Isidro High School sa iskor na 21-13 at 21-7, bago muling pinataob and San Antonio High School sa iskor na 21-12 at 21-13.

Dahil sa tatlong magkakasunod na tagumpay, running for medal qualifiers si Omilig ng Maximo Estrella Senior High School.

Muli siyang sasabak sa susunod na Sabado, Oktubre 10 upang masungkit ang medalya.
