𝐑𝐃𝐂-𝐍𝐂𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆

The RDC-NCR conducted the Sectoral Committee Meeting for the Economic and Environment Development Committee and Infrastructure Development Committee last 23 April 2025.

The consultation meeting aimed to present the Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES) input forms and to discuss and gather member agencies’ inputs for the relevant chapters of the Regional Development Plan for the NCR Midterm Update 2023-2028.

The meeting was led by the Co-Chairpersons of the Economic and Environment Development Committee, Acting Regional Director Jay A. Acar of the Department of Trade and Industry-NCR and SAVP Orliber Paule of SM Prime, together with the Co-Chairperson of the Infrastructure Development Committee, SAVP Anton V. Calugay of the Megaworld Corporation. The meeting is also participated by government agencies, local government units, the private sector, and non-government organizations.

𝐑𝐃𝐂-𝐍𝐂𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆

The RDC-NCR conducted the Sectoral Committee Meeting for the Social Development Committee and Finance and Development Administration Committee last 22 April 2025.

The consultation meeting aimed to present the Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES) input forms and to discuss and gather member agencies’ inputs for the relevant chapters of the Regional Development Plan for the NCR Midterm Update 2023-2028.

The meeting was led by the Co-Chairperson of the Social Development Committee, Regional Director Jackylin Robel of the Commision on Population and Development, and the Co-Chairperson of the Finance and Development Administration Committee, Regional Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III of the Department of the Interior and Local Government-NCR, and participated by government agencies, local government units, and non-government organizations.

The Regional Statistics Committee, an affiliate committee of the RDC-NCR, conducted its First Quarter Meeting last 19 February 2026 at the PSA Headquarters, Quezon City.

The meeting was conducted to provide updates on the 2024 CBMS Results, Subcommittee on Local Level Statistics, Land Cover of the NCR by Classifications, and upcoming trainings. New topics were also raised specifically, the Road Crash Data and Data Support for the Estimation of the Regional and Provincial Products Account.

In addition, the committee approved the following resolutions:
1. Reconstituting the Membership Composition of the RSC-NCR
2. Enjoining to Provide Data Support for the Publication of Regional Social and Economic Trends 11th Series
3. Enjoining to Provide Data Support for the Publication of NCR's Statistical Handbook on Women and Men

The meeting was chaired by Dir. Shiela Gail Satura Quingco of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and co-chaired by Regional Director Paciano B. Dizon of the Philippine Statistics Authority-NCR.

ATM: Department of Tourism-NCR Acting Regional Director Catherine Agustine, is currently presenting the budget of their agency for FY 2027.

Said consultation was chaired by Muntinlupa City Mayor Rozzano Rufino B. Biazon and co-chaired by Acting Regional Director Acar of the DTI-NCR, together with the panel members from the Department of Budget and Management-NCR, Alliance of Aquaculture Operators of Laguna Lake, Inc., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Regional Basic Sector Coordinating Council, Department of Economy, Planning and Development, as well as representatives from Metro Manila LGUs and MMDA officials and technical staff.
