YOU WILL NEED
* To apply online (https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph/for your schedule. All applicants must schedule online dated on February 19, 2026.
* To select NBI CLEARANCE CENTER (UN Ave Manila) as the preferred branch.
* To PRE-PAY ONLINE for the processing and take note of your reference number.
* To bring proof of payment and present your reference number to the NBI mobile team.
* To bring at least two (2) valid government issued ID’s

1. E-sabay is open to all residents, duly certified household staff, drivers, and houseboys of OMPA.
2. E-Sabay can pick up passengers at the nearest pick-up point of the route 7AM-5PM.
3. Passengers may call the Barangay at 8853-0564 for pick-up at the pick-up point.
