In proper observance of the Holy Week and to allow personnel to travel to and from different regions in the country, the CIAP will adopt a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement on Wednesday, 01 April 2026.

In line with this, please be advised that all payment transactions during the aforementioned date will be limited to ONLINE services only.

Pursuant to the directives of the Office of the President under Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated 6 March 2026 to implement energy conservation measures across the national government, the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) will adopt a 4-day on-site workweek and Friday work-from-home arrangement starting 9 March 2026.

To ensure continuous delivery of services, payment transactions falling on Fridays will be available thru online channels.
