AIBP's Year Ender GMM last Nov. 14 was a well attended event highlighting Insurance Industry Trends.

Friends and colleagues listened to our esteemed guest speakers, Anthony Bernabe (President & CEO of Etiqa) who presented "Medical Insurance Updates and Trends," while Joel Libo-on (Senior Vice President of MAAGAP) shared on "General Insurance Industry Issues and Updates." Lastly, our Keynote Speaker, Federico Rafael "Fritz" Ocampo (Chief Investment Officer of BDO Unibank Inc.) gave valuable advise and knowledge on his "2026 Economic Trends."

AIBP’s successful meeting with Insurance Deputy Commissioner Jayson Lopez, Directors Paola Matanguihan and Eugene Samson with Ms. Jane Dimpas. The future of the industry relies on aligned principles and values and a steadfast commitment to improvement.

AIBP's 2024 GMM theme of "Embracing Change in the Insurance Industry" was tackled by Guest Speaker and PIRA Executive Director, Mr. Michael Rellosa, as he discussed several hot topics that need to be faced head on. Change was in the air as AIBP's President Atty. Gani Acosta announced his upcoming resignation prompting Mr. Nico Lacson to ascend as interim AIBP President until the next board elections, while Mr. Anthony Bernabe fills the shoes as AIBP's Vice President. More than 2 dozens worth of raffle prizes were drawn and an overflowing cocktail buffet fed all the attendees. Another success! 👍
