​At approximately 06:20 PM on May 22, 2026, the Olympia Fire and Rescue Medical Team, led by Punong Barangay Reynaldo A. Yulo, responded to a concerned citizen's report of an unresponsive male (estimated 40–50 years old) within Barangay Olympia.

​Upon arrival, responders conducted an immediate assessment and found the unidentified patient showing no signs of life and in an advanced state of decomposition. Recognizing that medical intervention was no longer viable, Bantay Bayan under supervision by Punong Barangay Yulo secured the perimeter to preserve the scene. The area and case were subsequently turned over to the Philippine National Police - Scene of the Crime Operations (PNP-SOCO) for proper medico-legal investigation and identification.

At approximately 4:41 PM, the Olympia Fire and Rescue Medical Team, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Reynaldo A. Yulo, responded to an emergency reported by the concern citizen, a 65-years old, male patient was unresponsive.

Upon arrival, responders found the patient was unresponsive, no pulse and breathing, with lividity, dilated both eyes and rigor mortiz, upon gathering information of our responder, last seen alive of the patient was approximately 0600H hour, this case was transferred to PNP-SOCO.

TRIGGER WARNING: VEHICULAR ACCIDENT
Date/Time: MAY 10, 2026

At approximately 10:28 PM, the Olympia Fire and Rescue Medical Team, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Reynaldo A. Yulo, responded to an emergency involving a 38-year-old male who was involve in a Road Crash Incident (Parked Jeep vs Motorcycle) at Kalayaan Avenue, Barangay Valenzuela.

Upon arrival, responders found the patient conscious but in significant distress, complaining of contusion at right eyebrow, Multiple abrasion on Right knee, right cheek and deep lacerated wound on right foot approximately 3inch and on upper lips. EMS personnel stabilized the patient for transport. After coordinating with the patient’s relative. EMS Team transported the patient to Makati Life for further medical treatment.
