𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is honored to share that it has been granted renewed accreditation by the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐆𝐎 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐏𝐂𝐍𝐂).

This accreditation affirms that the Foundation continues to meet the highest standards of good governance, transparency, and accountability required of non-stock, non-profit organizations. The renewed certification is valid for five (5) years, recognizing the Foundation’s sustained commitment to responsible stewardship and impactful community initiatives.

Through the BDB Law Foundation, 𝐃𝐮-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 (𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰) continues to advance programs that support education, health, community development, and social responsibility, helping create meaningful opportunities and positive change in the communities we serve.

𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞.

𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 proudly inaugurated and turned over a newly constructed school building with a clinic to 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐨 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 in Hermosa, Bataan, providing a safe and conducive learning environment for approximately 1,700 students and 57 educators. The classroom facility is fully furnished with armchair desks, whiteboard and blackboard, wall fans, a comfort room, and an insulated roof to help ensure greater classroom comfort. The school clinic is likewise fully equipped, featuring its own comfort room, a patient bed, weighing scale, and essential medical supplies to support the health and well-being of students.

The ceremony, led by 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧, included the blessing and ribbon-cutting of the building and was warmly welcomed by Principal 𝐉𝐨𝐞𝐝 𝐓. 𝐑𝐨𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐳, Public School District Supervisor 𝐀𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐒. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐬, Barangay Chairman 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐓. 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧, and the school community.
To further support the well-being of students, the event also featured the 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, made possible through the partnership of 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐜. (𝐇𝐓𝐇𝐃 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝) in celebration of its 10th anniversary, led by their 𝐂𝐅𝐎, 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝.
Through initiatives like this, the BDB Law Foundation continues to champion education, health, and sustainable community development.

At the 𝐌𝐀𝐏 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 on February 11, 2026, the 𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, through Project Coordinator 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐨𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐳, presented 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐁𝐃𝐁 – 𝐃𝐮𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐲, a strategic initiative led by 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐮-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝, Chairman of the BDB Law Foundation, advancing sustainable, school-based solutions to support child development and address the long-term causes of stunting.

Anchored on the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, the project establishes 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 consisting of vegetable production plots, plant nurseries, composting facilities, and vertical gardens. These gardens function as self-sustaining ecosystems that produce fresh, nutrient-rich crops while serving as living laboratories where students learn the science of cultivation, nutrition, and environmental stewardship.

More than infrastructure, Duyan ng Buhay represents a scalable model for investing in human capital at the earliest stage—strengthening nutrition awareness, promoting sustainability, and empowering communities through education and shared responsibility.

Through this initiative, the 𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 reaffirms its commitment to creating enduring, community-based solutions that contribute to healthier, more resilient generations.

The BDB Law Foundation, in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd), proudly launches Project BDB: Benedicta’s Duyan ng Buhay — a school-based gardening initiative that promotes sustainability, nutrition, and environmental stewardship among learners.

Project BDB aims to cultivate a functional and sustainable vegetable garden within the school, serving as a living classroom where students learn the values of hard work, teamwork, nutrition, and care for the environment. The program will support the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) by providing fresh produce and instilling lifelong agricultural and environmental practices in young minds.

This project was named in honor of Atty. Benedicta Du-Baladad, Chairperson of BDB Law Foundation, as proposed by the teachers and students of Behia Elementary School. Benedicta’s Duyan ng Buhay symbolizes her lifelong advocacy for education, sustainability, and community empowerment — nurturing both minds and nature, one seed at a time.

Together, let’s cultivate a greener, healthier, and more caring generation — one seed at a time.

On September 19, 2025, the BDB Law Foundation, Inc., led by our 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐮-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝, signed a Memorandum of Agreement with 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – The National Engineering University to provide financial assistance through scholarship to deserving but economically challenged students.

This partnership prioritizes courses/programs in Engineering, Early Childhood Education, and Information Technology (IT)—fields identified as vital to national development. Engineering supports the country’s need for infrastructure and industrial innovation, Early Childhood Education strengthens the foundation of learning by producing quality teachers for the next generation, and IT equips the workforce for a digital and globally competitive future. Together, these courses/program reflect our commitment to building the nation’s physical, human, and digital foundations.

Despite the heavy rains during the groundbreaking ceremony at TIPO Elementary School in Hermosa, Bataan last September 5, 2025, which led to the suspension of classes, the BDB Law Foundation ensured that its commitment to the students pushed through.

On the following school day, the Foundation successfully carried out its planned feeding program and distribution of school bags and supplies. The initiative aimed to support the learners’ educational journey and promote their well-being, in line with the Foundation’s advocacy of uplifting communities through education and care.

𝐓𝐞𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐂. 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬 and 𝐌𝐬. 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐑. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐚, Head of the Office of Student Financial Assistance and Scholarship.

This partnership reflects our unwavering belief that education is the key to breaking barriers, opening opportunities, and building a brighter tomorrow.

As part of the celebration of the birthday of our Chairman, 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐮-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝, the 𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 marked another milestone last Friday, September 5, 2025, with two successive events.

First was the signing of a 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐨 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧, establishing a new partnership with DepEd under its Build-a-School Program. Present during the signing were: Mr. Alvin D. David, School Principal III; Ms. Arlene S. Carlos, Public Schools District Supervisor; Dr. Carolina S. Violeta, EdD, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent; Hon. Anne Lorraine C. Adorable-Inton, Municipal Mayor; Ms. Rosalie P. Medina, SPTA President; Mr. Elvin Iglesia, SGC President; and Hon. Judy T. Ramon, Barangay Captain of Tipo.

This was followed by a 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 to begin the construction of a new school building and community clinic to be donated by the Foundation. Construction is expected to take four months, with turnover scheduled for January 2026.

Despite the heavy rains and suspension of classes, there was full attendance from multi-sectoral groups composed of DepEd regional officials, local government officials, barangay officials, parents associations, teachers and students to express support for the event.

Selected students showcased their talents through ballroom and tango dances, warmly welcoming the Foundation and guests.

This project is in line with the Foundation’s mission to uplift the quality of education and provide greater access to healthcare.

𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗗𝗕 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀.

“𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲” added a meaningful touch to this year’s 16th anniversary celebration of BDB Law, marking the 𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗗𝗕 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, a milestone that speaks to the heart of who we are. A collection of paintings by 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗮 𝗗𝘂-𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗱, Chairman of the BDB Law Foundation, was displayed during the forum and offered for sale to attendees. All proceeds will go directly to the foundation’s programs.

What began as a small step to give back has grown into a long-term commitment to building schools and supporting scholars, advancing health initiatives, caring for the environment, and promoting sustainable livelihoods. It’s a mission rooted in action, carried forward by the communities we serve and the people who continue to believe in what we do. This art was a reflection of purpose, turning creativity into action and celebrating ten years of service with a commitment to the work still ahead.

Through our partnership with Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), the BDB Law Foundation reaffirms its commitment to making education accessible by providing scholarships to underprivileged yet exceptional students.

On May 28, 2025, the Philippine Council for NGO Certification, Inc. - PCNC visited the office of Du-Baladad and Associates (BDB Law) for the evaluation of the 𝐁𝐃𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧's reaccreditation.

The PCNC team was warmly welcomed by members of the Foundation's 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬: 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚 𝐃𝐮-𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐝, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻; 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐨 𝐃. 𝐃𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧; 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐈𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐂. The visit included a productive dialogue with the Foundation’s leadership, covering its mission, key initiatives, and long-term sustainability plans.
