We are proud to mark the official kick-off of our partnership with Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) in the Philippines through a signing ceremony in Manila, attended by LRMC’s senior leadership, including Mr. Enrico R. Benipayo, President & CEO; Mr. Franz Sia, Chief Finance Officer; and Mr. Allan Hernandez, Head of Business Development, together with the Mister Loo team.

As operator of the LRT-1, LRMC serves 25 stations and an average of 450,000 daily riders across Metro Manila. Together, we will bring Mister Loo’s clean, premium, and well-managed public restroom concept first to EDSA Station and Fernando Poe Jr. Station, with more stations planned in the near future.

This partnership is an important step in improving public sanitation infrastructure and creating a more comfortable, hygienic, and convenient experience for commuters.

Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire operational workflow, including recruitment, training, and supervision of cleaning staff across multiple locations.
• Ensure all facilities are consistently clean, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards.
• Lead the recruitment of high-quality cleaning staff for Cebu branches.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs, and coordinate effectively with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks across all branches.
• Maintain accurate facility records, including operational and financial documentation.
• Supervise and coach cleaning staff, delivering best-in-class training programs, including hands-on and on-site training aligned with SOPs.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules (rosters) to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and weekly operational reports.
• Compile and deliver concise, accurate, and timely reports on operational performance, projects, and key initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine strategic goals and objectives, providing data-driven insights and operational recommendations to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in cleaning or facilities operations.
• Proven track record in recruiting, training, and leading
cleaning staff.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate operations across multiple locations efficiently.
• Strong decision-making skills, including problem-solving, prioritization, and sound judgment with a high level of integrity.
• Self-driven and resourceful, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and basic repair work.
• Willing to travel within Cebu for site inspections, supervision,
and meetings.
• Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and operational management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• REE, RME or RMP is a plus.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
