Hope all is well. How has been your experience with Gramercy these days? With all the changes in policies, proximity cards, ongoing high condo charges, and other problems home owners like you experience with the current governance and management of Gramercy, I hope you are coping up and extending your patience much longer. One of our fellow owners have described the current situation at Gramercy to be like a "prison" which is truly sad to know.

However, if you are fed up and wants to have drastic changes in how Gramercy is governed and managed, then read on as we have a very good news for you!

After a series of consultations with current paid members of Gramercy HOAAG, we are pleased to inform you that the Group have decided to offer a FREE membership level called "PROXY MEMBER" to you to become part of our Group.

Dear All,

First of all, my deepest apologies for the delay in communicating back the results of our meetings with CPI and other stakeholders. I had been very busy both professionally and personally. As you all know, this is not my full time job and as such, I had to prioritize other matters especially revenue-generating ones. Hope you all understand.
