NOTE: As long as you are a certified resident of Barangay Tejeros and meet the age requirement, you are eligible to participate in the tryouts.

- Men’s Division: Maximum of 8 teams
- Women’s Division: Maximum of 8 teams
- Maximum of 8 players per team

1. Accomplish the Registration Form through the link provided below.

2. Prepare your proof of residency: One (1) copy of Voter’s Certificate (For minors, the Voter’s Certificate of their parent or guardian may be presented as proof of residency.)

📌 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:
- Team lineups will be formed after deadline of registration.
- Voter’s certificate MUST be submitted for verification before the release of the final roster of players.
- Once the official team roster is posted, it is already final and cannot be changed.

Bilang suporta sa mga kabataang nais magkaroon ng dagdag na pagkakakitaan at oportunidad sa kabuhayan, ang Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Tejeros ay naglalayong magbigay ng mga Food Cart para sa dalawampung (20) kwalipikadong benepisyaryo.

- Residente ng Barangay Tejeros
- KK Member (15-30 years old)
- Unemployed / Out-of-School Youth

2. Ihanda ang Katunayan ng pagiging Residente: Isang (1) kopya ng Voter's Certificate. (Para sa mga menor de edad, maaaring Voter’s Certificate ng magulang o guardian ang ipakita bilang patunay ng pagiging residente.)

3. Pruweba ng Edad: Maghanda rin ng kopya ng Valid ID na nagpapakita ng edad.
