Ang suspensyon ay bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng “𝙆𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝘿𝙖𝙮”, kaugnay ng 34th National Family Week, ito ay naglalayong bigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng paggugol ng makabuluhang oras kasama ang pamilya, pagpapatibay ng samahan at pagpapahalaga sa pagkakaisa ng bawat pamilya. Gamitin natin ang pagkakataong ito upang pagsaluhan ang oras, pagmamahal at pagkakaisa kasama ang ating mga mahal sa buhay.🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 10

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 135, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 10, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the cumulative effects of prolonged rainfall:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Pampanga
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
