A. ROBERT BALTAZAR y ALPAY, aka tremor and Kalbo, male, Filipino, 29 yo, born on April 5, 1990, single, cal center agent and with given address at No. 3490 Gen Lucban St., Brgy. Bangkal, Makati City

HOW:
SDEU led by PLT JESON VIGILLA togther with Makati P*P 2, Pasay SDEU and RDEU conducted Buy Bust Ops that resulted to the arrest of the above named.suspects for selling co***ne worth PHP2,000.OO. after the ex*****on of pre arranged signal. Recovered from the suspect were the ff pieces of evidence, namely:
>6 pcs pcs self-sealing transparent plastic sachet with suspected co***ne with estimated street value of 350,000 to 400,000
> 3 pcs sachet of shabu with estimated value of 8,000
>php2000 buy bust
>black earphone box
>1 black weighing scale
>7 pcs .45 caliber ammunition

In addition to RA 9165 suspect were also charged for violation of RA 10591 for possessing Firearm and ammo without the authoriy to posessed the same.

Buy Bust Operation No. 1

WHO: (under custody)

1. ROSALINDA SULIT y DAGUM, aka NICOLE, female, Filipino, 31 yo, born on June 21, 1988, jobless, single and with given address at no. 480 Samar St., Brgy. Pitogo, Makati City

2. PRIMO SUNGA y ATON, aka BATANG, 48 yo, born on May 30, 1971, care taker, single and with given address at no. 2076 Nuestra Señora St., Brgy. Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City

HOW:
SDEU Makaki conducted buy bust operation led by PLT JESON VIGILLA, the team arrested the above named suspects for selling illegal drugs worth Php500.oo, after the consumation of the sale a pre arranged signal was executed and subsequently the operatives rushed in and effect the arrest after the apprehension operatives recovered from the suspects the ff pieces of evidence, namely:
>35 pcs small plastic sachet with suspected shabu,
>php500 buy bust
>1 unit cellphone
>1 surgical scisor
>1 violet lighter
>1 black coil purse
> 1 brown sling bag with key chain

The estimated weight of confiscated illegal drugs is street 1.05 grms with estimated street value of PHP17,500.oo

Asside for RA 9165, suspect NICOLE will be charged for violation of RA 10175 (cyber crime law)

Three (3) suspects were arrested in a buy bust operation by SDEU Makati according to PCOL ROGELIO SIMON. He said, PLT JESON VIGILLA who led the operation was able to buy from the suspects PHP 1,000 worth of Ma*****na. Other pieces of evidence were also seized from the suspects as shown in.inventory receipt.

Two female suspects were arrested in a buy bust operation conducted by SDEU Makati for selling XTACY, a known party drug circulating in a red light district in Makati.

According to PLT JESON VIGILLA, who led the operation, the transaction started at around 4:30 PM of September 9, 2019 along Makati ave and ended up at P. Burgos St where KARYLE, who uses different aliases (Goerge, Kar and Kary), was collared.

The recovered evidence were the buy bust money worth PHP3,000.00 & 10 pieces of XTACY tablets with an estimated street value amounting to PHP30,000.00 (plus a few other personal things).
