INDIVIDUAL RAP MUSIC VIDEO CONTEST

Theme: " BUHAY AY INGATAN DROGA AY AYAWAN"

Registration is on April 10-21, 2023

Submission of entry is on May 31, 2023 until 12 noon.

Announcement of finalist is on June 19, 2023

Awarding of winners is on June 26, 2023

MECHANICS /GUIDELINES:

1. The contest is open to all Public and Private Elementary, Junior and Senior High Schools in Makati City.
2.Makati residents in Elementary, Junior and Senior High Schools studying outside Makati City.
3.Elementary level contestant must be a grade 6 students ages 11 to 12 years of age.
4. Junior High School must be from Grade 7, 8,9 and 10 ages 12 to 16 of age.
5.Senior High School must be in Grade 11 ages 15 to 16 of age.
6. The school may submit 1 contestant per grade level per school. Twenty five (25) Elementary, ten (10) Junior High School and nine (9) Senior High School in Makati City
7. The RAP Music Video entry could be in Filipino, English or Taglish.
8.The music lyrics, verse content, audio, video entry must be 100% original material related to the given THEME and shall not infringe upon any third-party copyrights , trademarks or other intellectual property rights nor shall it contain any malicious vulgar and offensive words
9.The RAP verse (punch line) should focus on the given theme not to mock or ridicule your opponent
10. Each entry shall not exceed the given time of 3 to 4 minutes and will be video recorded via landscape format in 720 or 1080 resolution. The recorder video must not contain any unnecessary noise. High resolution (no cell phone video)
11. Beat sounds, instrumental or music background is needed to complement the delivery
12. All entries must be submitted via google drive on or before May 26, 2023 at 12 noon. Entries submitted beyond the given time and date will no longer valid
13. All participants will receive a certificate of participation and token for the first 50 registrants.
14. The three (3) major prize winners will receive a certificate of recognition, cash and a token.

• All submitted video contest piece shall be automatically the sole owner of MADAC which will be used in Drug Prevention Awareness Campaign
