Always supporting Bureau of Corrections by visiting CIW constantly.

Was invited to judge the Nacocow Month Dance competition. Super galing ng mga PDLs. It’s like a huge show with amazing costumes and unique choreography.

If you’d like to visit and donate… let me know! ❤️

Another day sharing blessings to PDLs of the Mandaluyong City Jail! Gave the ladies slippers for their everyday use. 🥰

mWell , Makati Medical Center and Jci Makati along with Counselor Charisse Marie Abalos-Vargas joined forces to bring in Mental Health doctors via online consultations, livelihood programs, paralegal support and loot bags for the imprisoned women.

I’m so excited to bring in many of these programs to different jails as mental health support is something we don’t have for prisons in the Philippines. Free and definitely accessible for PDLs so they’ll be able to elevate their lives in all aspects.

May we touch more lives behind bars one visit at a time. 🥹❤️

This 2026 I plan to do many projects for the PDLs.

Today we had a good meeting with Mandaluyong Councilor Charisse Marie Abalos-Vargas and Stella of mWell and Jci Makati. 💙

Medical and mental health services will be provided for the prisoners that will be benefiting this exciting project!

Sadly medicines are not provided by BJMP as budgets are restrained so let’s help those sickly PDLs by contributing to their medical needs!

Exciting. 🤩🥹

Once upon a time.. this happen to Karen Bordador.

Now it’s part of history.

Calling out FEMALE DORM jails!

03/04/2025

Interestingly, many foreigners get imprisoned and sentenced here in the Philippines while their embassies simply monitor their status in our jails. No money, no dalaws… Their cases are usually heavy though and they do not get special treatment for being foreign.

This guy committed theft several times and will be deported instead.

His offense is minor, so they’re treating him as a nuisance foreigner. He should be very grateful because Filipinos often languish in jail for stealing small items from stores or even for being accused of stealing small amounts of money from cashiers. Common Pinoys spend 4 years and above just to even hear their cases for minor theft sooo he really dodged a bullet. He’s extremely lucky!

I hope this deportation serves as a lesson for him.

Do you AGREE with how the government treated this foreigner? Or do you think he should go through the normal justice system of the Philippines?

Visited the strong and hopeful women of Makati City Jail today.

Many of them knew my story and have been following my journey. Sadly, some are just starting their first year behind bars, while others have been inside for much longer. I’ve seen so much of the outside world, while they wake up every day to the same walls and bars.

Stepping into a jail facility always brings back memories of my own five-year struggle—I still can’t believe I survived it. But visits like this remind me of my purpose: to give hope. Because if I made it through, so can they.
