💎La Ilustre House of Bread💎

During the American era, La Ilustre (House of Bread) was the first to***co factory in the area where Malabon Elementary School now stands. It became a bread factory in 1969. Cicilia Del Rosario (mother of Jerry Del Rosario) later adopted the name La Ilustre for her own bakery business. Since then, the Del Rosario family has continued operating La Ilustre House of Bread. Today, the bakeshop is owned by Jerry Del Rosario.

During the 1970s, La Ilustre was the first bakery to acquire modern equipment. They also managed to open several branches in Malabon, starting with the Barangay Concepcion branch in 2019, followed by the Barangay San Agustin branch.

When nutribuns were introduced in the Philippines in 1970, Marcos Sr. supplied the flavored flour to the La Ilustre House of Bread bakeshop for making nutribuns. Consequently, La Ilustre House of Bread became the first bakeshop in Malabon to distribute nutribuns to various local schools.

Malabueño’s knows the bakery very well by “La Ilustre” or just “Ilustre”. It is one of the word of mouth here in Malabon when it comes to baked products. Most Malabon visitors also gathered in the establishment in order to buy their “pasalubong” products.

Batay sa inilabas na Impact-Based Warning No. 2 ng PAGASA, inaasahan ang patuloy na pag-ulan dulot ng pinalakas na Habagat (Southwest Monsoon) ng Tropical Cyclone “DOMENG” mula Hunyo 1 hanggang 3, 2026 (Lunes hanggang Miyerkules). Nasa ilalim ng “Minor Impact” risk level ang Metro Manila, kabilang ang Malabon. Gayunpaman, pinapayuhan ang publiko na manatiling alerto dahil maaari pa ring makaranas ng mga pagbaha at iba pang epekto ng masamang panahon.

Ang Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome o HPS ay isang seryoso at mapanganib na sakit na dulot ng hantavirus na karaniwang nagmumula sa mga daga at kanilang ihi, dumi, o laway. Maaari itong maipasa sa tao sa pamamagitan ng paglanghap ng kontaminadong hangin lalo na sa mga lugar na marumi, maalikabok, at may infestation ng daga. Bagama’t ito ay bihira, mahalagang maging maingat dahil maaari itong magdulot ng malubhang komplikasyon sa baga at puso kapag hindi agad naagapan.

Kabilang sa mga pangunahing sintomas nito ang:
🤒 Lagnat
🤕 Pananakit ng ulo, tiyan, o katawan
🤮 Pagsusuka at panghihina

Kapag lumala, maaari itong humantong sa:
⚠️ Pagpuno ng tubig sa baga
⚠️ Mabilis na pagbaba ng presyon
⚠️ Cardiac shock o pagkabigla ng puso na maaaring magdulot ng kamatayan

✔️ Takpan nang maayos ang pagkain
✔️ Siguraduhing nakaselyado ang mga basurahan
✔️ Palaging maghugas ng kamay
✔️ Iwasang direktang humawak ng daga o kanilang dumi nang walang proteksyon
