Magandang Buhay LGBT PILIPINAS! LGBTQIA+ kaba? Mag pa member na sa pinaka malaking alyansa at rehistradong LGBTQIA+ community sa buong PILIPINAS!🥰🥰🏳️‍🌈🇵🇭

It's about time that we officially identify ourselves and be a certified member of LGBT Pilipinas!🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

In preparation to our official website launching. We are requesting everyone to register via our official googleform (membership database). Please note that we are strictly observing the data privacy act of 2012.

All information gathered will be protected and will be used only for the benefit to the advancement of our organization and for the immediate identification of our members for assistance, events, training and development and other programs.

🇵🇭How to register?🏳️‍🌈
1. Click the google form link below.
2. Answer all required data. Please note that questions with * in red are required information. Thus, skipping the said question will not allow you to complete the registration.
3. Make sure that all information is correct (spellings, dates etc.). Remember that this will be your official record in our organization. Considering the geographic distance and we are catering the entire country's database. It would be hard for us to cater to personal requests should there be challenges on their registration/information.
4. Registration is FREE!
5. Only individuals in legal age are advise to register. HE/SHE/THEY should be 18 & 21 and above.
6. Everyone is required to submit a scanned or picture copy of at least one (1) valid government issued ID as identified on the form. You must send it separately to email address; [email protected] and a screen picture copy of the completed and successfully submitted form. Kindly include your NAME, City/Municipality and Province.
