Acacia National High School celebrates Christmas with joy and hope!
Join our PAROL NG PAG-ASA: Parol Making Contest 2025. Let your creativity shine as we celebrate the spirit of Christmas and campaign for Children's Rights and Protection.
CONTEST GUIDELINES:
1. The Parol must be in traditional design and can be made of ANY locally available materials, such as but not limited to:
• Any indigenous or recycled paper materials (Dried leaves, seeds, magazines, and newspapers, among others.
2. A minimum dimension of 18 inches in diameter, with maximum limit of 30 inches in size and diameter. Decorative tails should not exceed 12 inches.
3. The design should explicitly or implicitly bear the theme of the National Children’s Month 2025 "OSAEC-CSAEM: WAKASAN! KALIGTASAN AT KARAPATAN NG BATA, IPAGLABAN!".
4. It must be capable of being hung or propped up in a pole.
5. Lights and other miscellaneous objects used for the Parol should be battery operated and is not plugged into electrical power source. However, please refrain from using substandard materials and practice precaution to prevent any untoward incident such as over heating or burning of Parol.
In compliance with the National Solid Waste Management Commission (NSWMC) Resolution No. 1363, s. 2020, bans “unnecessary” single-use plastics. It covers national government agencies, local government units, and all other government controlled-offices. the following plastics are prohibited to be used:
• Plastic bottles, plastic cups, plastic spoons/forks/knives/stirrers and polystyrene containers
• Plastic labo, thin filmed sando bags
• Doypacks/tetra packs
Screening and Submission of entries: 15 December 2025
Judging and announcement of winners: 16 December 2025
Awarding of certificates and awards: 17 December 2025

Malabueña Achiever: Bronze Awardee sa International Science Olympiad! 💙
Pinarangalan si Juliana Brielle Molina ng Acacia National High School ng Bronze Award sa Hong Kong International Science Olympiad 2025, isang puwesto na nakalaan para sa top 24% ng lahat ng participants sa kanyang grade level.
Dumaan siya sa mahigpit na online exam na may negative marking, kung saan ang score ang tanging basehan ng ranking. Dahil dito, mahalaga ang tamang strategy, mastery, at composure, mga puspusang hinasa ni Juliana mula pa Grade 6.
Aminado siyang may pressure at hirap, pero hindi siya umatras dahil inspirasyon niya ang pamilya at kapatid. At nang manalo, ibinahagi niya ang isang mensahe:
“Mag-review kapag may oras, huwag matakot matalo at tandaan, hindi ka ilalaban nang international kung hindi ka magaling at maparaan. Ang pagpili sa’yo pa lang, panalo ka na.”

Isang patunay na ang kabataan ng Malabon ay may lakas ng loob at talinong pang-world stage.

Malabueño Youth Pasok sa Top 16%: Silver Award sa HK Science Olympiad! 💙
Kinilala si John Earl Mendoza ng Acacia National High School bilang Silver Awardee sa Hong Kong International Science Olympiad 2025, isang parangal na ibinibigay lamang sa top 16% ng lahat ng kalahok sa kanyang grade level.
Isinagawa ang kompetisyon sa pamamagitan ng 60-minute online exam na may 20 science questions (Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Integrated Science) at negative marking, kaya tanging may mataas na accuracy at strategy lang ang umaabot sa medal ranks.
Para kay John Earl, ang Silver Award ay bunga ng tiyaga, gabay ng kanyang g**o na si Mr. Nikki Calixto, at suporta ng pamilya. Mula Grade 7, hindi niya iniwan ang mundo ng science competitions at ngayon, pinatunayan niyang kayang sumabay ng isang Malabueño sa isang matinding international exam.
“Nadala ko ang karangalan ng Malabon sa ibang bansa… dito ako tumanda, at dito ko gustong magtagumpay,” sambit niya.

WALANG PASOK | Bilang pagpupugay sa ating masisipag at dakilang g**o, ipagdiriwang sa Malabon ngayong Disyembre 5, 2025 (Biyernes) ang Malabon Teachers’ Day.
Alinsunod sa City Ordinance No. 31-2005, walang pasok sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa lungsod kasabay ng selebrasyong ito.
Maraming salamat sa ating mga g**o sa kanilang malasakit, gabay, at walang sawang serbisyo para sa kabataang Malabueno! 💙📚
