Kami Gihap: Celebrating Inclusion, Ability, and Every Child’s Potential ✨💙

As part of Tandaya Festival 2026, Kami Gihap shines a light on the talents, abilities, and dreams of Samarnon children with special needs.

More than a celebration, it is a reminder that every child deserves to be seen, heard, included, and given the opportunity to shine. Together, let us build a Samar where differences are embraced, abilities are celebrated, and every child belongs.

Because in Samar, kami gihap—we are all part of one community. 💙
