PAHIBALO! BASHA! I SHARE!

The DSWD Walang Gutom Program will conduct its Food Redemption for Period-9. There are
63 beneficiaries who will be receiving their food package from Walang Gutom Program. The
Food Redemption schedule of the said beneficiaries will be on September 24, 2026
(Thursday)at 9:00AM-12:00NN under the retailer KADIWA/ 4H Club

In connection to this, we would like to request the use of Brgy. Casisang Covered Court to
be the venue of the said activity this coming September 24, 2026 (Thursday) at 9:00AM
12:00NN. This Food Redemption activity will cater 63 household from the neighboring
barangays of Imbayao with 13 beneficiaries, Brgy. 9 with 13 Beneficiaries, San Jose with 9
beneficiaries and Casisang with 28 beneficiaries.

In addition, we would also like to request the use of furniture such as mono block Chairs-(40)
and 1 table. We can promise that we'll take good care of all the premises and the place itself.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development Office (DSWD) in coordination with the City Social Welfare Development Office (CSWDO) will conduct a Validation for the potential additional Social Pension Beneficiaries on September 23, 2026 at Barangay San Jose Covered Court from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

With this, we would like to ask you and your good office to please inform the Senior Citizens whose names are attached in this letter to attend the said validation. Furthermore, the Senior Citizens should bring their Philsys ID (National ID) and OSCA ID as part of the requirements for the validation which will be conducted.

Ang buhatan sa Department of Social Welfare and Development magpahigayon og
payout alang sa mga benepisyaryo sa UPLIFT Program (Unified Package for Livelihoods,
Industry, Food and Transport). Ang UPLIFT Program kabahin sa implementasyon sa Executive
Order No. 110, kon whole-of-government initiative nga gidisenyo aron mas mapagaan ang epekto sa pagsaka sa fuel prices pinaagi sa paghatag og pinansyal nga tabang ngadto sa mga
kwalipikado nga sektor.

Ang mga gila nga mga benepisyaryo nagagikan sa 2024 Community-
Based Monitoring System (CBMS) sa Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
Subay niini, among gihangyo ang imong opisina sa pagpahibalo sa mga pangalan nga
ania sa nalakip nga lista sa pag-adto sa payout karong umaabot Agosto 1, 2026, alas-otso sa
buntag sa Barangay Cabangahan Covered Court.

Gihangyo sila nga magdala sa mga
mosunod:
National ID (prayoridad)
Kung walay national ID, any government issued ID card. Magdala sa requirements
alang sa pag-apply sa national ID.
2 photocopies sa National ID card nga adunay 3 ka pirma sa matag kopya

Tubig ug Pagkaon samtang gahulat
Ang mga anaa sa lista nga mga miyembro sa 4Ps ug Walang Gutom Program, dili na
