𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) adopts a 4-day on-site and 1-day work-from-home arrangement as part of government energy conservation measures amid rising global oil prices.

Under Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-4999, all frontline services will remain open from Monday to Friday, transactions such as driver's licensing, motor vehicle registration, adjudication, and other public facing services will continue without disruption.

For non-client-facing units, a 4-day onsite work arrangement (Monday to Thursday) and work-from-home every Friday will be implemented.

Bilang paggunita sa Semana Santa, ang aming tanggapan ay SARADO sa mga sumusunod na petsa:

• Abril 1 – Miyerkules Santo
• Abril 2 – Huwebes Santo
• Abril 3 – Biyernes Santo
• Abril 4 – Sabado de Gloria
• Abril 5 – Linggo ng Pagkabuhay

Magbabalik po ang regular na operasyon ng opisina sa Lunes, Abril 6.

Nawa’y magkaroon po tayo ng makabuluhan at mapagpalang Semana Santa.

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 116 issued by the Office of the President, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) will implement a work-from-home arrangement from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on April 1, 2026.

During this period, transactions will be handled through online platforms and official communication channels.

Work in all government offices is suspended starting 12:00 PM (noon) of the same day.

This measure is in line with preparations for the observance of Semana Santa 2026.

Ang lahat po ng mga nag-renew/proseso ng lisensya sa aming opisina na kasalukuyang may hawak na temporary license(papel) ay maaari na pong pumunta/bumalik upang kumuha ng inyong bagong plastic driver’s license card.

Huwag kalimutang dalahin at ipakita ang ORIGINAL COPY ng inyong Official Receipt with Temporary License at ang inyong old/previous license card. Ang may-ari lamang po ng lisensya ang maaaring mag-claim nito dahil kailangan po ng kanyang fingerprint.

Alinsunod sa Proclamation No. 727, ang December 8, 2025 ay idineklarang Special Non-Working Holiday bilang pagdiriwang sa Kapistahan ng Imakulada Concepcion ni Maria.

Ang lahat ng tanggapan ng LTO sa buong bansa ay sarado para sa transaksyon. Ang opisina ay magbabalik operasyon sa December 9, 2025.

Dahil sa banta ng matinding ulan at hanging dala ng Bagyong , suspendido ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa NCR, CAR, at Regions I, II, III, IV-A, IV-B, V, at VIII bukas, Nobyembre 10, 2025.

Suspendido rin ang klase sa lahat ng antas sa mga nabanggit na rehiyon, pati na rin sa Region VI, Region VII, at Negros Island Region sa Nobyembre 10 at 11, 2025.

Maaaring magdeklara ng suspensyon ang ibang LGU, at mananatiling bukas ang mga ahensyang responsable sa essential services.

Mag-ingat po tayo at sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na anunsyo ng DOST-PAGASA at ng inyong mga lokal na pamahalaan.

Sa nalalapit na paggunita ng Undas, inaasahan na ang pagdagsa ng mga motorista sa mga kalsada patungo sa mga sementeryo o sa kani-kanilang mga probinsya. Kaugnay nito, muling pinaaalalahanan ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang lahat ng motorista na maging maingat, responsable, at disiplinado sa pagmamaneho upang matiyak ang ligtas at maayos na paglalakbay ngayong Undas 2025.

𝐋𝐓𝐎 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞

In response to the directive of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. to provide assistance to the people affected by recent calamities, Land Transportation Office (LTO), under the guidance of Acting Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez, has extended the validity of the registration of motor vehicles and driver’s license that expired on September 30.

LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II said he already issued a memorandum to all the agency’s Regional Directors and District Office heads in relation to the extension.

Based on the memorandum, the validity will be extended up to October 15 and Asec Mendoza assured that there will be no penalties that will be charged to the motor vehicle owners and driver’s license holders.

“This is in consideration of the cancellations of government work caused by heavy rains brought by the Southwest Monsoon and Typhoons Nando, Opong, and Paulo and the devastating earthquake that struck Cebu,” said Asec Mendoza.

“A lot of our kababayan were affected and this was the LTO’s way of providing assistance to the affected clients in line with President Marcos’ directive,” he added.

Asec Mendoza said the 15-day period for the settlement of Traffic Apprehension Cases effective September 26 will likewise be extended until October 15.
