The Planning and Development Office (PDO), through its two units — Institutional Assessment, Effectiveness, and Research Advancement Unit (IAERAU) & Data Analytics Intelligence and Connectivity (DAICU) has officially launched the pilot testing of the Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR) system under the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System (PMES) of Bulacan State University.

Participants are from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP), College of Industrial Technology (CIT), and College of Information and Communications Technology (CICT).

This initiative is conducted in accordance with the University’s commitment to the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS)—aiming to enhance transparency, accountability, and data-driven performance evaluation across all offices.

With the success of the pilot run, the PDO is working toward the full implementation of the OPCR system within the year.

2025 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝

The Focus Group Discussion on Strategy Formulation for Bulacan State University's 2026-2030 Master Development Plan, held from June 9-11, 2025 organized by the Planning and Development Office was both insightful and engaging.

A deep appreciation goes out to all participants for their thoughtful contributions and active engagement throughout the sessions. The diverse perspectives and ideas shared have provided valuable input that will significantly shape the BulSU's future initiatives and strategic directions.

BulSU will remain steadfast in commitment to fostering meaningful, continued growth and development of the University.

2025 𝙸𝚗𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝙳𝚛𝚒𝚟𝚎

The Planning and Development Office, in collaboration with various offices, colleges, and campuses of the University, successfully conducted an Information Drive from May 19 to 21, 2025. The initiative focused on key institutional updates, including the BulSU Enhanced Organizational Structure, Organizational Outcomes, and the forthcoming Master Development Plan for 2026–2030.

This Information Drive served as a crucial platform for communicating the University’s strategic goals and aligning its stakeholders with institutional development priorities. It provided an opportunity to foster shared understanding, encourage participation, and reinforce the collective commitment to Bulacan State University's long-term vision.

Planning and Development Office successfully conducted a productive Planning Conference on Organizational Outcome Quarterly Targets for FY 2025 and BulSU PIP’s last February 11-13, 2025, paving the way for strategic initiatives and continuous growth at Bulacan State University. With clear objectives and a shared commitment to excellence, we are ready to achieve greater milestones and make a lasting impact.
