PRO3 JOINS THE OBSERVANCE OF NATIONAL FLAG DAY 2026

Bulacan 1st PMFC

On May 26, 2026, PCMS Dennis C Guilas, Supervising PNCO, under the supervision of PMAJ JACQUILINE B GAHID, C, RHRAO3, conducted a Human Rights Education Lecture on Human Rights-Based Policing for the personnel of Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company.

The activity aimed to enhance the awareness, understanding, and adherence of personnel to human rights principles and standards. It sought to strengthen their knowledge on the proper observance of lawful policing, promote respect for human dignity, and reinforce accountability in the performance of police duties in accordance with existing laws and international human rights instruments.

POLICE INFORMATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION (PICE)

In line with PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 on May 27, 2026, at about 7:45AM, personnel of Bulacan 1st PMFC, led by PCPT LEONILO P CABALLES, together with PEMS Dennis M Lopez, Company ESPO and Pat Rochelle N Tubaña, under the leadership of PLTCOL NORHEDA G USMAN, Acting Force Commander, conducted Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) during the daily accounting of personnel. The topic discussed was Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as the “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees.”

In line with the continuous advocacy for gender sensitivity and awareness, on May 25, 2026, PMAJ JAYNALYN A UDAL, OIC PIDMU, conducted a lecture on R.A. No. 11313 – Safe Spaces Act, R.A. No. 7877 – Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995, and Gender-Based Online Sexual Harassment (GBOSH) for the personnel of Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company.

The activity aimed to strengthen awareness, promote a gender-responsive workplace, and reinforce the commitment of personnel in upholding professionalism, respect, and safe spaces within the organization and community.

Ngayong ika-25 ng Mayo 2026, agad na rumesponde sina Pat John Jordan Tarosanan, Pat Joshua Magsakay, at Pat Precious Reu Ann Grospe, mga tauhan ng Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni PLTCOL NORHEDA G USMAN, Acting Force Commander matapos i-radio ng traffic personnel ang tungkol sa isang ginang na hindi makalakad sa Common Terminal, Meycauayan.

Dahil sa kanilang pagiging maagap at may malasakit, agad nilang isinugod ang nasabing ginang sa Bulacan Medical Center sa Malolos City upang mabigyan ng kaukulang medikal na atensyon.

Patunay lamang ito na ang serbisyong tapat at may malasakit ay patuloy na isinasabuhay ng ating kapulisan sa oras ng pangangailangan.
