Today, at the Bulacan State University E-Library Amphitheater, the University Commission on Student Elections (UCSE) formally opens the Proclamation Day for the newly elected Local Student Council officers.

This event serves as the official introduction of student leaders from each college and external campus. It stands as an important milestone in strengthening participatory governance within the University.

The University Commission on Student Elections (UCSE) formally announces the upcoming Proclamation Day for the newly elected student leaders of Bulacan State University following the successful conduct of the Student Government Elections 2026.

This event will serve as the official recognition and presentation of the elected Supreme Student Council (SSC) and Local Student Council (LSC) officers across all colleges and external campuses.

The Proclamation Day is scheduled on April 11, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Amphitheater, 7th Floor, BulSU E-Library.

In line with the conduct of the event, all attendees are advised to observe the following guidelines:
• The bringing of food and sharp or pointed objects (such as ball pens, pencils, and scissors) is strictly prohibited.
• Newly elected LSC Governors are expected to wear Barong or Filipiniana while LSC Vice Governors and Board Members are required to wear their respective college uniforms.
• Newly elected SSC officers are expected to wear Barong or Filipiniana.

The University Commission on Student Elections (UCSE) has issued Implementing Rules and Regulation No. 8, which details the post-election processes for the Student Government Elections 2026. All elected officials must attend the proclamation ceremony at the E-Library Amphitheatre in formal costume. SSC officials and governors must wear Barong Tagalog or Filipiniana, whilst LSC winners must wear BulSU school uniforms. Non-attendance without a sufficient reason or breaches of established guidelines may result in disqualification from office.

The Ethics and Rules Committee of the University Commission on Student Elections (UCSE) releases Resolution No. 9 on the petition filed against the KASAMA BULSU - Meneses.

Following the hearing held on March 17, 2026, the slate of KASAMA BULSU – Meneses Campus is found GUILTY of using unauthorized campaign paraphernalia. A second formal warning is hereby imposed on the political party.

Following the hearing held on March 18, 2026, the aspiring senator from Sarmiento Campus is declared DISMISSED due to lack of sufficient basis under the current election code.

The University Commission on Student Elections (UCSE) hereby announces the official schedule for filing post-election protest following the Student Government Elections 2026. The filing period is set for March 20, 2026 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM only. This process provides a formal mechanism for addressing concerns, observations, or complaints regarding the recently concluded elections.

All narrative reports and complaints must be submitted via email [email protected] within the designated timeframe. Late submissions will not be entertained.
