𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍: Nagsagawa ng teknikal na gabay ang DILG Bulacan sa pamamagitan ng Locally Funded Projects (LFP) Team para sa mga kinauukulang opisyal ng Bayan ng San Rafael hinggil sa paggamit at tamang pag-update ng SubayBayan Portal upang higit pang mapalakas ang kaalaman at kakayahan sa wastong pag-uulat at pagsubaybay sa mga proyektong naglalayong isulong ang kaunlaran ng pamayanan.

𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐲𝐨 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | Matagumpay na isinagawa ngayong araw ng Multi-Stakeholder’s Advisory Committee (MSAC) Bulacan ang pagpupulong para sa unang semestre ng taong 2026.

Sa naturang pagpupulong ay ibinahagi ng DILG Bulacan ang mga naging accomplishments ng konseho sa para sa unang anim na buwan ng taon, gayundin ang pagtalakay sa proyekto ng DILG Bulacan para sa konseho na pinamagatang, “Project LINGAP: Para sa mas Malakas, Matatag, at Mabilis na Serbisyon ng MSAC sa Lalawigan”. Layunin ng proyektong ito na tukuyin at mas palawigin pa ang mga aktibidad na isinasagawa ng konseho taon-taon upang mas mapatatag pa ang ugnayan at mapalakas ang koordinasyon ng bawat ahensya at organisasyong bumubuo sa MSAC Bulacan. Gayundin din, layon ng Project LINGAP na mas mailapit pa ang mga programa ng pamahalaan upang matugunan ang mga pangangailangan sa mga pamayanan at iba’t-ibang sektor ng lipunan.

Sa huli ay nagkaisa ang mga dumalo na patuloy ang kanilang dedikasyon, suporta, at pakikilahok sa mga susunod na aktibidad ng MSAC para sa mas epektibong pamamahala at pagbahagi ng mahusay na serbisyong publiko.

June 1, 2026 | The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bulacan convened the 2nd Quarter Provincial Management Coordinating Committee (PMCC) Meeting via Zoom, bringing together representatives from provincial government agencies to discuss key updates, accomplishments, and priority programs aimed at strengthening governance and advancing development initiatives in the province.

This virtual meeting served as a venue for enhanced inter-agency coordination, information sharing, and collaborative problem-solving to address emerging concerns and improve public service delivery, reaffirming the PMCC’s commitment to promoting responsive, efficient, and people-centered governance for the benefit of all Bulakenyos.

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍: Nagsagawa ng coordination meeting ang DILG Bulacan sa pangunguna ni PD Myrvi Apostol Fabia, CESO V, kasama ang mga kinauukulang opisyal ng City of San Jose Del Monte at LFP Team upang talakayin ang status ng mga proyekto, compliance sa SubayBayan Portal, Infrastructure Audit Reports, at iba pang kinakailangang dokumento at ulat para sa maayos na monitoring ng mga Locally Funded Projects, na naglalayong palakasin ang koordinasyon at pagtutulungan upang matiyak ang maagap, epektibo, at maayos na pagpapatupad at pagsubaybay ng mga programang nakatuon sa kapakanan ng mamamayan.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is positioning 156 local government units (LGUs) to become part of the global open governance movement through the Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP) Localization Program, strengthening transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in local governance.

Beyond expanding public participation at the grassroots, the program opens opportunities for LGUs to engage with counterparts abroad, exchange innovative solutions, and learn from global best practices in open government. Through its partnership with the OGP Support Unit, the DILG will facilitate collaboration between Philippine LGUs and foreign local governments on key areas such as fiscal transparency, digital governance, and climate resilience.

“The program seeks not only to institutionalize participatory governance locally but also to elevate successful local practices as potential models for other countries pursuing open and accountable governance systems,” the DILG said.

The PH-OGP Localization Program follows a three-year cycle that includes documenting open government practices, co-creating reform commitments, and monitoring flagship initiatives. The process is designed to strengthen collaboration between government and civil society and ensure that governance reforms are shaped not only by institutions, but by the people they serve.

The 156 LGUs were identified through a two-step regional selection process conducted with the participation of civil society organizations. Selection was based on documented practices promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in planning, budgeting, legislation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Following their prioritization, the LGUs formalized their participation through Sangguniang Resolutions.

The initiative is anchored on Executive Order No. 31, which institutionalized the Philippine Open Government Partnership and advances open, participatory, and accountable governance across government systems.

Meneses ng Bulakan, Bulacan kasama ang kanyang Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer, Ma. Victoria "Marievic" P. Morelos, ngayon ika-28 ng Mayo 2026.

Ang SCFLG ay iginagawad sa mga bayan at lungsod na nakapasa sa Child-Friendly Governance Audit (CFLGA). Ang CFLGA ay isang taunang pagsusuri na sinukat ang kakayahan ng mga lokal na pamahalaan na nakabatay sa karapatan ng bata sa limang pangunahing aspeto: Survival, Development, Protection, Participation at Governance.
