📌 GENERAL MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Preferably with minimum of 5-10 years of experience in solar project management, solar farm construction, or renewable energy power plant operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil) or a Business Administration/Management is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in a senior management role, with experience leading diverse teams and achieving performance goals.
- Deep understanding in solar industry.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and construction management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.

Qualifications:

- Tesda NCII certificate.
- Prior experience in construction, electrical work, or solar installation.
