Step 3 - Claim Business Permit
After submitting all the Documentary Requirements you will receive your Digital Business Permit that has the same level of authority as hard copy

Sa ngalan ng Punong Lungsod ng Malolos, ipinapaalala sa lahat ng negosyante at establisyementong nagnenegosyo sa ating lungsod na alinsunod sa Kautusang Panlungsod Blg. 37-2011, nakasaad na:

➡️ Dapat na hindi bababa sa 80% ng kabuuang bilang ng manggagawa o empleyado ay mga residente ng Lungsod ng Malolos.
✔️ Kasama rito ang mga security guards
✔️ Para sa mga supermarket, saklaw din ang mga merchandizer

🎯 Layunin ng ordinansang ito na:
• Magbigay ng mas maraming oportunidad sa mga Maloleño
• Mapalakas ang lokal na ekonomiya
• Makatitiyak na nakikinabang ang mga mamamayan sa pag-unlad ng ating lungsod

👁️‍🗨️ Bilang bahagi ng pagpapatupad ng nasabing ordinansa, ang ating Punong Lungsod ay personal na mag-iikot at bibisita sa iba’t ibang establisyemento upang masiguro ang maayos na pagpapatupad ng polisiya. Hinihikayat ang lahat ng negosyo na tiyaking nasa ayos ang kanilang employment records at sumunod sa itinakdang tuntunin.

Ang mga negosyong matatagpuan sa mga nabanggit na barangay ay maaari nang magbayad ng kanilang Barangay Business Clearance DIRETSO sa City Hall sa pamamagitan ng Business One Stop Shop.

✅ Isang lugar na lamang para sa inyong transaksyon
✅ Mas mabilis at mas episyenteng proseso
✅ Hindi na kinakailangang magtungo pa sa barangay para sa pagbabayad ng clearance fee
