What an unforgettable day it was for BPA 2A and 2B! 💚
Last October 13, 2025, we held our collaborative seminar on Leadership and Making Decisions— a day filled with learning, laughter, and meaningful moments that reminded us why we chose this path.

A huge thank-you to our ever-supportive professor, Dr. Victoria Valenzuela, for her constant guidance, and to our amazing guest speaker, Sir Masahiro Kobayashi, for sharing his time, wisdom, and experiences that truly inspired us all. 🙏

To our hardworking mayors Jakeelyn (2A) and Arlene (2B)— and to everyone who helped plan, host, and present — your effort and teamwork made this event such a success. Each of you showed what true leadership looks like.

The Department of Public Administration and Governance (DPAG), in solidarity with its faculty, strongly condemns corruption that persists in undermining the country, particularly in initiatives aimed at protecting our citizens' lives and well-being. Budgets for vital programs, like flood control projects, have frequently been stolen or misappropriated by dishonest officials. Devastating results result: lives are upended, communities are left unprotected, and progress is slowed down.
This is a betrayal of public trust in addition to a governance failure. Those who take advantage of their positions of power pocket money that should have improved resilience and shielded families from disasters.

As a department devoted to fostering future public servants, we hold fast to the principles of integrity, accountability, and transparency, good governance. We believe that public office is a public trust, and those who betray that trust must be held accountable. Corruption has no place in our ideal of good governance.

We urge all Filipinos, including our fellow young people and aspiring public workers, to demand justice and accountability. Let us build a nation where every peso is used for the people’s welfare rather than for personal gain.
